No. He retrieves from the AcedExams library and cites the passage examiners actually use. If the library does not support a claim, it does not ship in his answer as if it were law.
Yes. The full professional responsibility course and five timed practice MPREs are free on Basic. No card, and no second ethics product.
It depends on your jurisdiction. Some states require a passing MPRE score before you sit the bar; others let you take it after. Wisconsin and Puerto Rico do not require it. Check your admissions office before you pick a date.
Most students take it during 2L or early 3L, often right after Professional Responsibility. Do not wait until after the bar if you can help it. The MPRE is offered three times a year, so register about a month ahead.

NextGen is the NCBE's newer bar format. It is shorter, fully laptop-based, and mixes multiple choice, integrated question sets, and performance tasks. We are equipped for students in those jurisdictions. Adoption still varies by state.

No. We looked into licensing NCBE questions and decided not to. In our opinion those sets are very outdated, not useful for how you actually get tested, and heavily concentrated on a narrow slice of rules, which leaves a lot of tested law out. Licensed attorneys create every AcedExams question against the rules examiners test and cite the authority. Our questions are much better for studying.
